The Inn at Neshobe River is a classic Vermont farmhouse (built in 1786) that offers four guest rooms with private baths.
We support locally grown products and serve a healthy breakfast of mostly organic foods including yogurt, fruit, eggs and fresh baked breads or muffins. The Neshobe River Winery is on the premises and has a vibrant tasting room with a selection of Vermont beers as well.
About the Innkeepers…
Robert and Rhonda started the family business of Inn Keeping and expanded by adding a winery in 2007, Neshobe River Winery. More recently, in 2012, their adult children started making craft brewed beer and Foley Brothers Brewing is now also located on the grounds of the Inn. The Foleys enjoy delighting guests with their specialty wine and beer and sometimes wood fired pizza on the scenic grounds abutting the Neshobe River Golf Course.
The Foley Family has spent a significant amount of time visiting wineries and breweries in the US, Europe, Africa, Canada and New Zealand, bringing home fresh new ideas for their business. They are members of the American Wine Association, as well as the Vermont Grape Growers and Wine Council. Robert has worked as a wine consultant for COSTCO, Whole Foods and the Merchant of Vino.
